Want to be a successful VA in 2026?
We will teach you exactly how

Inbox and calendar used to be enough. Now clients want a VA who can build the system — the portal, the automation, the AI workflow. That is what we teach, and we teach it because we do it for paying clients every week.

You do not have to be afraid of AI. You have to move with it — and that is a skill, not a talent. We will show you exactly what to learn, in what order.

Built by two Filipinas — Jesuena and Shanine — who have earned over $1,000,000 freelancing since 2022. Now the #1 Softr partner worldwide.

No pretending

You have already felt it

The job posts that used to be there are gone. The rates keep dropping. Clients who used to pay you to write, encode or research now paste it into ChatGPT and get it back in nine seconds, for free.

You send fifty applications. You hear nothing. And somewhere in your chest there is a question you don't say out loud:

“Am I about to become someone the world doesn't need anymore?

We are not going to tell you that fear is silly. It is not silly. It is early — which is the only good news that matters, because early means you can still move.

AI is not going to take your job — someone using AI is

What is actually happening

The work is not disappearing — it is moving

Every serious study says the same thing. Millions of roles go away, more millions appear, and the people who get hurt are the ones standing still while it happens.

Cheaper every month

What AI already does

  • Data entry and encoding
  • Basic writing and rewriting
  • Copy-pasting between systems
  • Simple research and summarising
  • Formatting, sorting, listing
$4–7 Per hour. And still falling.
More valuable every month

What still needs a person

  • Seeing what is broken inside a business
  • Building the system that fixes it
  • Deciding who is allowed to see what
  • Checking AI's work before a client sees it
  • Explaining all of it to a non-technical owner
$12–25+ Per hour. Considerably more once you have proof.

Same person. Same brain. Same hours. The only difference between those two columns is knowing which side to stand on — and having something real to show for it.

Something worth saying

This is not because you didn't work hard enough

You woke at 4am for meetings in another timezone. You took the client who messaged at midnight. You never said no, never complained, and learned every tool they asked for.

Effort was never your problem. The market quietly changed what it pays for. It used to pay for being fast, available and agreeable. Now it pays for judgement — and nobody sent you the memo.

You are not behind because you were slow. You are behind because nobody told you the race had moved.

“You're not going to lose your job to AI. You're going to lose your job to someone who uses AI.”
Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA
The name is not an accident

In Filipino, there are two ways to say “we”

Kami

Us, but not you. The company. The people already inside.

Tayo

Us — and you are included.

We chose the second one on purpose. This was built by two Filipinas who started with no network, no portfolio and no one to vouch for them — for the people still standing where we started.

Hindi kamiTayo

We know the reality, because it was ours
  • Working 9pm to 6am because the client is in New York
  • Being asked to lower a rate that was already low
  • Sending money home before paying for anything yourself
  • Explaining to your family what you do, again
  • Watching a foreign agency charge ten times what they pay you

The Philippines is one of the largest sources of remote talent on earth. It should not also be one of the cheapest.

Why learn it from us

We are not a course company — we are an agency that teaches

Mindflows builds AI business apps for companies in 14+ countries. Everything in this academy is what we did on real projects — including the parts that went wrong.

Ranked

#1 Softr partner in the world

Not a badge we bought. Awarded on delivered work, and defended every year against agencies many times our size.

Delivered

400+ businesses, 15+ industries

Property, healthcare, education, logistics, construction, non-profits. The patterns we teach come from all of them.

Current

Taught from live client work

When a platform changes something, we find out because it breaks a build we are being paid for — not because we read about it.

Most courses are taught by people who teach for a living. This one is taught by people who will be on a client call the same afternoon. That is the difference you are actually buying.

Three courses, in order

What actually changes

Not “you will feel more confident.” Things you can do afterwards that someone else can check. Each one ends in a quiz, and passing it opens the next, because each course assumes the one before.

Course 01

You see where the work leaks

Walk into any business — a clinic, a rental, a tutoring centre — follow one thing through its five stages and find where it gets typed in twice or falls through. Then name the layer the problem lives in: data, interface, automation or AI. No tools yet. None of the questions that find the leak mention software, and that is the point.

Course 02

You can go and find the client

One industry, in one place, and the twelve ways to reach the people in it. A headline a client recognises their own problem in, a proposal that proves you understood, and a price worked out on paper before you talk. Hourly punishes you for getting good, so you learn to price the work instead.

Course 03

You use AI as a tool, not a toy

Four workflows that produce something a client actually receives: call notes, the weekly update, auditing a messy file, documentation. Then three passes over anything before it leaves your hands, because the mistakes are never dramatic. And four signals that something should be automated — plus the judgement to leave the rest alone.

At the end of the three you have work that exists outside them: a published portfolio, twenty real names in one industry, a project you priced yourself, and three quizzes you passed. Anyone can watch videos. Not everyone passes.

Curriculum

Nothing hidden — read it all first

Three foundation courses, taken strictly in order. Each one runs sessions, then an exercise, then a quiz. Passing the quiz opens the next course — the gate is there so that what you learn actually holds. 67% to pass, unlimited retakes after 24 hours, and your best score is the one that counts.

It is linear on purpose, because each course assumes the one before. Course 2 expects you to already see where a business leaks. Course 3 expects you to know what you are allowed to send a client. Beyond that order you set the pace — no cohorts, no start dates, and the whole foundation published here before you pay for any of it.

Course 1 The World of the VA The honest orientation. No tools and no tactics yet — first you learn to see what is actually going on.
  • 1.1What this work actually is now“Virtual assistant” now covers five different jobs. AI did not take the jobs, it took the tasks — same person, same hours, a different half of the market. Nobody announced the shift, which is why it caught people out. Nobody wants an assistant. They want to stop worrying. Plus the four layers every business system sits in: data, interface, automation, AI.
  • 1.2See the problemA business is not an org chart. It is things moving through stages: trigger → capture → work → handoff → record. You are not looking for what is broken, you are looking for where it leaks — and there are five diagnostic questions that find the leaks in about ten minutes. None of them mention software. That is the point.
  • 1.3The tool landscapeEvery tool lives in a layer, and once it is in its layer the confusion goes. Four questions to choose one, asked in this order: who logs in, where the data already lives, tool or product, and what they can maintain after you leave. Including why we went deep on Softr, why you should be sceptical of us there, and what Softr is genuinely not good at. There is no best tool. There is only fit.

Ends in: Exercise 1 — map three processes at a small print shop, then two from your own life. Submitting locks your answers and unlocks the answer key. Then a 13-question quiz on the vocabulary, the five leaks, the four layers, and matching a tool to a job. Pass it and Course 2 opens.

Course 2 How to Get Clients The commercial course, and the longest of the three. Finding people, pricing the work, and not losing them afterwards.
  • 2.1Where to find your first clientPick one industry, in one place. Not “small businesses” — “real estate agencies in Denver, Colorado”. A week of research on their software, their public complaints, twenty job posts and their busy season. Then twelve methods to reach them, including the one almost nobody does: a ninety-second video of their own screen, your face in the corner. The first client is the hardest, and it is supposed to be.
  • 2.2Positioning, proposals, pricingThree positions, because you do not have to be a builder. Two tests your headline has to pass. Pricing worked out on paper before you talk: milestones and honest hours, add 40% for reality, multiply by your target rate, then check it against what the problem costs them per week. When they push on price, reduce the scope, never the rate. With realistic rate bands from a Philippine base — ranges, not promises.
  • 2.3Consultant, not assistantScope is not paperwork. It is what protects both of you. Ask the uncomfortable question early rather than late. Tell them when the date is at risk, not when it is missed — clients almost never end things over a delay, they end them over being surprised by one. And why “almost done” is a lie, usually one you are telling yourself.
  • 2.4Conduct and client dataNever post client screenshots. Not once. Blurring is not anonymity — the URL, the tabs and the layout still identify them. Rebuild it as a demo with invented data instead. When you break something, tell them before you know the fix, not after. Real client data only once permissions have been tested.
  • 2.5Build your portfolioSix sections, starting with one clear sentence about what you do. Built with AI, hosted free, live in about ten seconds. It will offer you fake testimonials; delete them. Three passes before you publish — facts and promises, voice, function — and then publish it before you think it is ready.

Ends in: Exercise 2 — a niche, a headline, twenty names, one video, a project priced properly, and a published portfolio. It stays editable rather than locking, because those answers arrive over a week. Then a 19-question quiz on scope, bad news, money, conduct, and what is safe to publish.

Course 3 The AI-Powered VA What the machine actually is, what it is worth doing with at work, and how to check it before a client sees anything.
  • 3.1AI, honestlyIt is a machine that guesses the next word. That is it — and once you understand that, the strange behaviour stops being strange. Hallucination is not a glitch, it is the same machine working normally, and the tone is identical whether it is right or completely wrong. It hallucinates most exactly where you can check least, which is why you bring your own facts and ask it to work with those.
  • 3.2AI at work, not AI as a toyFour workflows that produce something a client actually receives: call notes in three minutes instead of forty, the weekly update, auditing a messy file before you promise anything, and documentation. Each one is a recipe — set up, say this, check. Underneath them: give it context, a constraint, a format, and an example of your own writing. Correct, do not restart. A fresh chat per task.
  • 3.3Checking work before a client sees itWhen it goes wrong it is never dramatic, and that is what makes it dangerous. Three passes, ninety seconds, every time: facts, promises, voice. Check the right things rather than everything, and add one more pass whenever real people’s data is involved.
  • 3.4Automating the boring partsEvery automation is “when this happens, do that”. Make and Zapier compared honestly. Four signals that something should be automated: it gets typed twice, someone has to remember it, a person is waiting to be told it is their turn, or it runs on a schedule. Plus when not to automate — the judgement that separates you from a tutorial.

Ends in: Exercise 3 — run all four workflows on a real discovery call and a genuinely messy spreadsheet. Then a 13-question quiz on hallucination, the vocabulary, prompt quality, and choosing the right tool and mode. Passing it completes the foundation.

Being built The three specialisations Opened by passing all three foundation quizzes. Not written yet — only the foundation is live today.
  • 01SoftrPortals, permissions, and shipping something a client can rely on.
  • 02ClaudeBuilding with AI as a working tool rather than a novelty.
  • 03monday.comImplementation and consulting. The strongest employer demand of the three.

Being built. We will tell you the moment one opens — and we would rather say that than show you an empty course. Each specialisation ends in a live assessment rather than a quiz, billed separately at ₱1,000 per exam, with the assessment call included. Passing one puts you in the talent pool.

How you are assessed

Anyone can watch videos. Not everyone passes

Each foundation course ends in a quiz, and the quiz decides whether the next course opens. It is marked automatically against a fixed answer key, so the result arrives the moment you finish.

67% to pass. One sitting, sixty minutes, no back button, and closing the tab ends the attempt. If you do not pass, you can retake it after 24 hours, as often as you need — the questions are reshuffled each time and your best score is the one that counts.

The gate is there so that what you learn actually holds. Unlimited retakes and a hard pass mark are not a contradiction: you can try until it sticks, but you cannot skip past it.

01

The quiz is not the point

It checks you can still do the thing a week later. That is the only reason it gates the next course rather than sitting at the end as a formality.

02

Exercises come first

Every course has one, done on the page with your answers saved as you go. Submitting unlocks the answer key, so you see how someone else reasoned through it.

03

Specialisations end differently

Those are assessed on a live call with a person, not by a quiz, and passing one is what puts you in the talent pool. They are being built — none can be booked yet.

We would rather tell you that plainly than show you an empty course. The foundation is live today, and it is the part everything else assumes.

The quiet question

“Can I actually do this? I'm not technical”

Almost everyone who joins thinks this — including the ones who go on to pass everything. You need to be able to use a laptop and a browser. That is it. Course 1 has no software in it at all. Building comes later, and you describe what you want in plain English while AI writes it. You will not be learning to code.

This is for you if
  • You do VA, admin, encoding or support work and can feel it getting cheaper
  • You are applying and applying and hearing nothing back
  • You are working abroad and want to come home without losing income
  • You are good with people and systems but nobody can tell from your profile
  • You want to stop asking for a raise and start setting a price
Please don't join if
  • You want a guaranteed job — we don't sell that
  • You want passive income without building anything
  • You want someone to hand you clients rather than show you how to find them
  • You want to be told exactly what to type, forever
  • You are hoping never to be confused. Course 3 will confuse you

We would rather you read this and not subscribe than subscribe and feel misled.

A laptop

Any laptop from the last few years. A phone isn't enough once you start building. Everything runs in a browser, so no powerful machine needed.

Internet good enough for video

Sessions are recorded, so you watch when your connection is best.

However long you have

There is no weekly requirement and nothing expires. Go slowly and finish rather than sprinting and stopping.

You do not need: a degree · coding experience · paid software · previous freelance work · perfect English. Every tool has a free plan that is enough to finish on.

Pricing

₱999 a month — everything published, included

One fixed price for the foundation. No upsell you need in order to finish it, and nothing published held back behind a second fee.

Specialisations

Being built We will tell you the moment one opens — and we would rather say that than show you an empty course.
  • Softr portals at business scale, monday.com implementation, or automation & AI workflows with Claude
  • Real client scenarios, not invented ones
  • Your builds reviewed individually by our team
  • Complex permissions, handover, and what breaks at scale
  • Pricing and scoping larger projects

Graduates only, and always optional. Passing a specialisation assessment is the only thing the talent pool ever requires — and the last session hands you a complete 90-day self-study plan for free, so going further stays a choice.

If cost is the barrier

Scholarships, if cost is what stops you

We fund a small number of subscriptions outright. No essay competition, no proof of hardship, no interview — just tell us your situation in a few honest sentences. A funded subscription is identical to a paid one in every way. Exams are billed separately either way. Nobody is ever told who is on one.

Who is teaching you

They started exactly where you are standing now

Two Filipinas built this. In April 2022 Jess opened a personal freelance account with no agency, no team and nobody to vouch for her. Shanine started during the pandemic, handing out calling cards to local businesses. Between them they have earned over $1,000,000 freelancing since 2022, and they now run the number one Softr partner on earth.

That is not a motivational story — it is the reason they know what actually moves you from one side of the market to the other. Neither of them started with a network.

  1. She started with a personal account and no network

April 2022. One freelancer, no agency behind her, no portfolio that anyone in Europe recognised. The same starting line most people reading this are standing on.

  2. She had already learned how businesses break

Ten years in business operations and platform architecture before that, across EU and global markets. That is where the eye for a broken process comes from, and it is the first thing Course 1 teaches you.

  3. She built the agency that now sets the benchmark

Mindflows is the #1 Softr Premium Partner worldwide and the Softr Showdown 2025 champion — a ranking awarded on delivered work and defended every year against agencies many times its size.

  4. She hires from the same pool you are in

She splits her time between Europe and the Philippines and has sat on both sides of the hiring conversation — which is exactly how she knows where Filipino talent gets underestimated, and what evidence changes an employer's mind.

  5. She teaches from live client work, not a syllabus

What you learn here is what her team shipped for a paying client that month, including the parts that went wrong. When a platform changes, she finds out because it breaks a build she is being paid for.

  1. She started with calling cards during the pandemic

Everyone was suddenly stuck at home. Instead of waiting it out she learned design and social media, and her first jobs were calling cards for local businesses. It did not feel like work, which is usually the sign you have found the thing worth getting good at.

  2. The hard part was not the work — it was being seen

The freelancing space is crowded, and most platforms wanted money upfront just for visibility. Competing against thousands of people offering the same service is what forced her to get specific about what she actually offered.

  3. She answered a job post and did not stop there

Social media manager was the role. She treated it as a starting point — took initiative, learned past her brief, and moved into consulting, then running projects, then speaking with clients directly. That is how a freelancer became a COO.

  4. International clients taught her a different standard

Across time zones and cultures there is no room for assumptions — everything has to be structured, documented and aligned. You stop thinking in tasks and start thinking in systems. And you learn that Filipino talent can hold that standard.

  5. Cebu taught her to commit to mastery

Rather than trying to do everything, she went deep on design and systems and expanded out from there. Opportunities are not handed to you — but consistency, curiosity and initiative build something real from exactly where you are.

FAQ

The questions people actually ask

Including the ones people are too polite to ask out loud. If yours isn't here, email us and we'll add it.

What does it cost, and what do I get for it?

₱999 a month, or ₱9,990 for a year, which works out as two months free. Both have a subscribe button — pick monthly or yearly on the pricing card. Payment runs through PayPal.

That covers every course published so far, at whatever depth it is built to, a live call every week, the Discord, exercises that save as you go with answer keys, and the quizzes that gate each course. Every tool taught has a free plan that is enough to follow along with, so there is nothing else to buy. Exams are the one exception, and they are billed separately.

Does it renew, and how do I cancel?

It renews until you stop it, monthly or yearly depending on which you chose. You cancel it yourself in PayPal, without asking us or explaining why.

Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, so cancelling on the second day of a month does not lock you out on the second day. After that it stops and you are not billed again.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

No. Payments already taken are not refunded. That is the least generous part of this, so we would rather you read it here than discover it later.

The reason is that everything opens the moment you pay. There is no delivery to wait for and nothing to send back. What protects you instead is that you can cancel at any time, so you are never charged for a month you did not want, and that we ask you to tick a box confirming you understand this before you pay rather than burying it in terms.

When does it start? Which cohort am I in?

There are no cohorts and no start dates. You start when you sign up, at whatever hour that happens to be.

It also means there is nothing to fall behind on. Nobody is ahead of you, no week closes, and no place expires. If you disappear for a fortnight, the material is exactly where you left it.

How much time does it take?

As much or as little as you want to give it. There is no weekly requirement, no deadline and nothing that closes.

We deliberately do not print an hours-per-week figure, because we would be making it up. You could do one session a night, or nothing for two weeks and then a whole course on a Sunday. Both get you to the same quiz.

Do I need to know how to code?

No, and you will not be learning to. The first course contains no software at all. It is about seeing where work leaks in a business, which you have been doing your whole life every time you queued somewhere and thought “why is this so complicated?”

After that, you describe what you want in plain English and the tools do the building. The judgement is the hard part, and that is what the courses spend their time on.

How is the foundation put together?

Three courses, taken strictly in order. Each one runs sessions, then an exercise, then a quiz, and passing the quiz opens the next course.

It is linear on purpose, because each course assumes the one before it. The gate is there so that what you learn actually holds.

How do the quizzes work?

They are scored automatically. You need 67% to pass. It is one sitting, with a 60-minute limit and no back button, and closing the tab ends the attempt.

If you do not pass, you can retake it after 24 hours, as often as you need, with the questions and the answers reshuffled each time. Your best score is the one that counts. The 24-hour wait is the only strict part, and it is there so that you go back to the sessions instead of guessing again. Anyone can watch videos. Not everyone passes.

When do the specialisations open, and what do the exams cost?

The three specialisations, Softr, Claude and monday.com, are being built. We will tell you the moment one opens, and we would rather say that than show you an empty course.

Each one ends in a live assessment call rather than a quiz, and that exam costs ₱1,000, billed separately from the subscription, once per specialisation. Until they open there is nothing to sit and nothing extra to pay.

Is a job guaranteed at the end?

No, and there never will be. Anyone promising you a job in exchange for a monthly fee is selling you something other than what they say.

What we do is teach, assess, and list the people who pass. That is the entire claim, and we would rather make a small claim that is true than a large one that is not.

What is the talent pool?

It is a list of people who have passed an assessment, put in front of employers. The point of it is that an employer can see what was actually tested, instead of guessing from a CV.

You get on it by passing a specialisation assessment, so it opens as the specialisations do. Being listed is a better starting position than applying cold into a pile of identical profiles. It is still not a job, and we will not describe it as one.

What happens on the weekly call, and what is the Discord for?

The call has no fixed syllabus. What people bring is the agenda: a client problem, a build that will not behave, a price you are not sure how to quote. It is not compulsory.

The Discord is where questions get answered between the calls. Learning this alone is harder than it needs to be, and that is the whole reason it is there.

Do I need a degree, or perfect English?

No to both, and nobody here will ask you for a degree. The quizzes are scored automatically, on the answer you pick, not on grammar, spelling or accent.

Being understood matters in the work itself, and the weekly call is a fair place to practise it. But it is not what stands between you and a pass here. Clear beats fluent, with us and with every client you will ever have.

One decision

A year from now you will be a year older either way

The only question is whether you get there with a portfolio, a working system and proof of what you can do — or get there still refreshing job boards.
