JobTayo Academy is operated by Mindflows UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Mindflows Digital Consulting (MFDC) GmbH, Vienna, is a group company. Mindflows is an agency that teaches rather than a course company. It builds AI business apps for companies in 14+ countries, and everything in the academy comes from delivered client projects. The stated purpose is to move Filipino remote workers from tasks AI is making cheaper — data entry, basic writing, copy-pasting between systems, simple research, formatting — towards work that still needs a person: seeing what is broken inside a business, building the system that fixes it, deciding who is allowed to see what, and checking AI's output before a client sees it. ## The subscription - ₱999 per month, or ₱9,990 per year — two months free. Paid through PayPal (the monthly plan has a subscribe button; the yearly one is arranged by email for now) - Self-paced. There are no cohorts, no start dates and no fixed term - Renews until cancelled. Each runs sessions, then an exercise, then a quiz; passing the quiz opens the next course. 1. The World of the VA — what the work is now, reading a business as stages, the four layers (data, interface, automation, AI), and choosing tools by fit 2. How to Get Clients — finding a niche, twelve outreach methods, positioning, proposals, pricing, scope, client conduct and data, and publishing a portfolio 3. The AI-Powered VA — what a language model actually does and why it hallucinates, four workflows that produce client-ready work, checking output, and what to automate Specialisations in Softr, Claude and monday.com are being built and are not available yet. ## Assessment Foundation quizzes are scored automatically against a fixed answer key: 67% to pass, one sitting, a 60-minute limit, no back button, and closing the tab ends the attempt. Retakes are unlimited after 24 hours with the questions reshuffled, and the best score counts. Specialisation assessments are live calls with a person, ₱1,000 per specialisation, billed separately from the subscription. Passing is not guaranteed and is not included in the subscription: the subscription buys the teaching, the exam fee buys the attempt, not the result. The published figure is that task work AI now absorbs pays around $4–7 per hour, while work that needs judgement is paid at the upper end of the published bands. Both describe a market, not an outcome any participant is promised. - **No guaranteed pass.** The exam can be failed. That is stated as a feature. - **No job placement.** Entry to the JobTayo talent pool is not an offer of work and not a promise that any employer will make contact. - **No scarcity.** There are no countdowns, no limited-seat claims and no urgency devices anywhere on the site.
