Refund Policy
1. Overview
At JobTayo, we want every Client to feel confident when subscribing to our platform. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for your Client subscription. Talents do not pay any fees on JobTayo and are therefore not subject to this policy.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
A Client may receive a full refund of their initial subscription payment if both of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the subscription activation date.
- The Client has not activated any contract or engagement with a Talent through the platform during that period.
If either condition is not met — for example, if more than 30 days have passed or if you have already started working with a Talent — the subscription is considered final and non-refundable.
3. Renewal Payments
The 30-day refund window applies only to the initial subscription payment. Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to hello@jobtayo.com with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
- Your company name (if applicable).
- The date of your subscription purchase.
- A brief reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Job Post Fees
Individual job posting fees, if applicable, are separate from subscription payments. Job post fees are non-refundable once the job has been published and made visible to Talents on the platform.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting JobTayo may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of JobTayo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
